Riverdale rental planning guide
Event lighting for tents, weddings and Riverdale celebrations
Lighting is easiest to plan after you know the tent, room and event layout. Browse the current lighting options above, then match the exact add-on to the tent or event area you are using.
Match lighting to the tent or space
Tent lighting is size-specific. Confirm the tent dimensions before adding a lighting package so the correct quantity and configuration are reserved.
Plan power with the rest of the equipment
Lighting, inflatables, speakers and concession equipment can all add electrical demand. Tell our team what powered rentals will be on the order so the setup can be reviewed together.
Use lighting to shape the event after dark
String and accent lighting can make a tent or reception area feel more finished while also improving visibility after sunset. Add lighting early enough that its installation can be coordinated with the main setup.
